Hotel Furniture Factory Introduces 4 Process Steps For Customizing Hotel Furniture

Hotel furniture customization can generally be divided into the following four process steps. Next, Hotel Furniture Factory will explain to you!

1. One bottom and one side

(1) Process flow: white blank sanding, squeegee ash, sanding, spraying transparent primer, sanding, spraying colored transparent surface.

(2) The process is the simplest and the painting cost is the lowest. When the white wood billet has obvious defects, use wood-colored water ash to fill in, and the colored transparent surface is sprayed with a darker color, which can better cover the defects of the substrate. Uniform color.

2. Two bottoms and one side (including water gray type)

(1) Process flow: white blank sanding, squeegee ash, sanding, spraying transparent primer, sanding, spraying transparent primer, sanding, spraying colored transparent surface.

(2) The process is relatively simple, the coating cost is low, and it has better filling and sag resistance than the previous process. It is recommended to change the wood-colored water gray to "colored water gray"; change the spraying of colored transparent topcoat to using color repairing essential oil to repair the color, lightly polish, and then spray the transparent topcoat. This will greatly enhance the permeability and layering of the product so that the texture of the wood can be expressed more clearly, and the overall cost will not increase much.

3. Three bottoms and one side

(1) Process flow: white blank sanding, spraying transparent primer, sanding, spraying transparent primer, sanding, spraying transparent primer, sanding, color repairing, light sanding, spraying clear topcoat.

(2) Good permeability and can clearly show the natural texture of wood. The construction of water ash is omitted, and the intensity of polishing is reduced. It is recommended that if the material has deep wood eyes, the second primer can be a wet-on-wet operation. It is also possible to change the second primer from spraying to scraping, which not only greatly saves costs, but also obtains better coating effects.

4. Bottom coloring, surface trimming

(1) Process flow: white blank sanding, spray sealing solid base, sanding, wiping PU Gris, spray transparent primer, sanding, spray transparent primer, sanding, spray transparent primer, sanding, color repair, light sanding, Spray clear topcoat.

(2) It has very good permeability and layering. Even if the texture of the wood itself is not clear enough, the texture can be expressed more clearly through the above process operations. It is recommended that if the texture of the wood itself is very clear and beautiful, it is not necessary to use base coloring. After using the bottom coloring process, the color of the surface trimming can be lighter, so that the layering and permeability are better.
